Water Treatment Station SUW - 0.5

The Water Treatment Station SUW – 0.5 is a mobile water treatment station with a nominal capacity of 0.6 m³/h, designed for the treatment of surface water.

The device enables the treatment of surface water and tap water to the quality of water intended for human consumption, in accordance with applicable regulations. The treatment process includes preliminary hose filtration (only when drawing water via the integrated pump), oxidation, two-stage mechanical filtration, active carbon filtration, and UV disinfection.

Technical requirements

  • Capacity with integrated pump: minimum 600 l/h
  • Capacity from water supply network: minimum 1000 l/h
  • Number of treatment stages: minimum 6
  • Preparation time for operation: max. 15 minutes
  • Operating temperature: +4°C to +50°C
  • Power supply: 24 V DC (possibility of external 230 V AC supply)
  • Internal power: batteries providing min. 4 h of operation
  • Charging: built-in battery charger powered by 230 V AC

Design, mobility, and connections

The station is built into two plastic transport cases with an IP65 protection rating in red or orange, equipped with wheels and transport handles. The weight of a single case does not exceed 70 kg.

Connections:

  • Raw water inlet: 1” female Camlock (possibility to connect STORZ 75 to the raw water inlet via a reducer)
  • Treated water outlet: 1” male Camlock

Minimum equipment

  • 10 μm and 1 μm mechanical filters
  • Carbon filter with PZH certificate
  • UV lamp and oxidation solution dosing pump
  • Water disinfection tablets containing NaDCC (requires biocidal product marketing authorization)
  • Self-priming diaphragm pump, water meter, pressure gauges (2 pcs.), solenoid shut-off valve
  • Suction and discharge hoses
  • Battery pack and 230V AC / 24V DC power supply
  • Set of consumables and tools
  • Aluminum frame, stainless steel fittings
  • Transport cases – 2 pcs.

  • Test Results

    We possess surface water treatment efficiency test results performed by an accredited laboratory (with E. Coli contamination of at least 15 MPN/100ml).

    We provide documents confirming approval for contact with drinking water for all station components that are in direct contact with water.

  • Ready for Operation

    The station is delivered as a complete set along with consumable parts, ready for immediate use in the field.
